Lucy Davis was born and raised in Leetonia, Ohio and moved to the sunshine state in 2023 after marrying her husband and true Floridian, Kyle. Lucy obtained her license in 2023 after two and a half years as a fund accountant. She went back to her roots in her recent career change, as she grew up and worked in her family’s Ohio-based real estate business. Lucy has thoroughly enjoyed the change of scenery that Gainesville and North Central Florida provide and looks forward to helping clients find the same beauty in their next home. She holds degrees in Finance and French from the University of Mount Union, where she graduated Summa Cum Laude
