Meet Minchie

Minchie Orina supports the day-to-day operations at Luker and Co. Real Estate as the administrative assistant to Tom and Jack. With a background in both hospitality and real estate, she brings a calm and steady presence to the team, helping ensure that things run efficiently behind the scenes.

Her earlier experience working at a hotel front desk and handling reservations taught her the value of clear communication, patience, and thoughtful service. These are the same qualities she continues to bring into her current role. Since shifting into real estate, she has taken on a variety of responsibilities, including client support, scheduling, marketing coordination, and property-related tasks.

Minchie earned her degree in Business Administration from the University of the Cordilleras. She is known for being dependable, detail-oriented, and approachable—someone who quietly gets things done and is always willing to help where needed.

Outside of work, she enjoys nature hikes and relaxing with a good movie. She values balance and simplicity and appreciates being part of a team that supports one another and puts care into every interaction.
